Grate Graze Boards was born in late 2022 by me, Julie Sanborn.
I have always had a love for food, cooking, and entrepreneurship, which led me to opening a food truck in 2018 called Taste of Eden. Covid and other life tragedies left that dream to die. I started hosting gatherings of friends during covid to get together over wine and charcuterie. It sparked an interest and the creative outlet that I had been searching for. It took a few more years to finally take the leap, but once I did, I quickly realized my love for food and being a part of others special moments was where I needed to be.
Charcuterie has been a way to bring together my love for food, fellowship, and creativity, all in one place.
